Can I access my email from my i-wireless phone?

All next generation i-wireless phones come with a Fuse email box that can be accessed directly from your phone. You can also check your email on the internet. Just log into my.iontheweb.com.

If you have an iontheweb.com email address, it cannot be checked via your i-wireless phone. You must log into my.iontheweb.com to check your email.

How do I access my email from my i-wireless phone?

To access your email, select the Email menu option within the CBW Internet services home page on your phone. Select My Email. It's that easy.

Can I access more than one email address?

Yes. If you wish to check a secondary email account, just follow these simple steps:

1. Select the Other Email option
2. Choose from one of the available options (Yahoo & MSN)
3. Enter your email address and password.

If your email service is not listed, visit your email provider's website using the go to option and enter your username and password. If you have difficulty accessing your other email, contact your email provider for assistance.

Up to 5 secondary email boxes besides the primary set up in My Email can be accessed.
